Eligibility for Returns

You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • The product is defective or damaged.
  • The product is not as described or is the wrong item.
  • The product is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note that certain items, such as personalized pet products, perishable items (like pet food or treats), and opened grooming supplies, cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at ” help_center@pawswish.com ” to provide your order number, reason for return, and images of the product (if applicable).
  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and return address.
  3. Shipping the Product Back: Once you receive approval, please return the product in its original packaging. Depending on your location, return shipping fees may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll receive a full or partial refund, depending on the condition of the item.

Refunds

  • Method: Refunds will be processed using your original method of payment.
  • Timeframe: Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us with the details of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns unless they arrive damaged or incorrect:

  • Opened pet food or treats
  • Perishable items (such as live plants or fish)
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Gift cards

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
  3. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
